AGRICULTURE

In addition to our desire to offer you unique Provence holidays, we are also dedicated to agriculture, regional farming traditions and the preservation of animal breeds worthy of protection in various areas of France. Our aim is to preserve the originality of each region and to bring the treasures of nature closer to interested visitors.

Agriculture in Provence

On the estate of our country hotel in Provence, there is a vegetable garden and a greenhouse. Separate from the hotel, the owner of Domaine La Tulisse manages an agricultural area of over 30 hectares, spread over the municipalities of Roaix, Sablet and Vesc. In purely organic cultivation and without the use of chemical aids, vines for red and white wines of the Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages appellation, olives (AOC Nyons), figs, truffles and lavender thrive on the farmland. Of course, you can taste and purchase the products in our Romantikhotel.

Arche Farm in Drôme Provençale

In addition to farming in Provence, we run an archefarm in Vesc, in a small village in the Drôme Provençale. Here, the last 30 sheep of the Rouge du Roussillon breed threatened with extinction have been stabilised over several decades into a viable flock. Are you interested in the project and have long wanted to take a farm holiday? Plan your next family holiday in the Drôme Provençale and experience the rare animals in their natural habitat. Guests with children will find three holiday flats on the farm. The fantastic setting in the French Pre-Alps at 750 metres above sea level is a true paradise for children and a wonderful retreat for adults.

Protection of lobsters in Brittany

Our commitment to sustainability also takes us to Brittany. There we participate in a lobster reserve project. Would you like to experience the rugged beauty of northern France? We rent out a modern holiday home right by the sea.
